How to Energize Your Rudraksha (Before Wearing)

To awaken the spiritual energy of your Rudraksha, follow this simple Pran Pratishtha process:

1. Soak the Rudraksha in clean water or cow’s milk for 10-15 minutes.

2. Wash it with Gangajal (or clean water if unavailable).

3. Apply sandalwood paste and place it on a clean cloth or in your pooja space.

4. Chant "Om Namah Shivaya" or the specific Beej Mantra of the Rudraksha (ideally 108 times).

5. Offer incense and a diya (lamp) to Lord Shiva.
